The Hearing Care Centre was established in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1992 and the main centre is now situated in a purpose designed  building just outside Ponteland in Northumberland. 

Our aim is to provide the highest possible standards of service and care for individuals who have difficulty hearing.

We are completely independent and can offer unbiased advice on hearing related matters.

We are expert in all areas of Digital Technology and specialise in advanced hearing solutions from all of the major hearing instrument manufacturers.

We understand   that hearing care involves much more than simply providing hearing aids, and we are careful to fully assess the needs and lifestyle of each individual client prior to suggesting appropriate hearing instruments.

Aftercare is essential, and we provide a structured, tailor made aftercare programme for every client.

We also provide an extensive range of custom made hearing protection including specialist musician/DJ protection.

Full facilities are available in  Ponteland,  Newcastle,  Durham,   Sunderland,  and Hexham. (click location for map)
